Group employees participated as volunteers in the 1^st NAGASE Cup held on July 2 and 3, 2022 (hosted by the Japan Para Athletics Federation (JPA), with special support from NAGASE & CO., LTD. They also assisted in the reception desk for athletes and other operations.

This event was held as an inclusive event in which athletes with and without disabilities could participate. We will continue to hold the event in the future and contribute to the realization of a sustainable society by providing opportunities for our employees and local communities to experience new values.

In 2018, NAGASE Group welcomed blind runner Shinya Wada as an employee and has been contributing to society by supporting para-athletes.
